Shipping and Returns

  • Orders are shipped between 1-3 days after received, (If you have request for urgent shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you).

 

  • Currently we ship via UPS for orders in the United States, and USPS for international orders. 

 

  • International Wholesale Clients can request their cargo transport provider to arrange a pick up or delivery with us. We will do our best to accommodate you.

 

  • Return Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund, after 10 days, you may only qualify for store credit.

 

  • Store Credit Requests must be submitted with 20 days of receiving your order.  (All items submitted for return or store credit should be returned in the original condition in which it was received, items which have been used or washed do not qualify and will be returned to the customer).

 

  • A $7 Restocking Fee is applied on all returned items, and will be deducted from the store credit and/or refund.
